Terms and conditions

1. Above rates is quoted in US$ Currency & is all net inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. All the rates is inclusive of coalison damage waiver insurance.
3. For Group "N" excess Insurance 1,000.00 will be applicable or Charged Extra in case there will be any Accident or any Damages occured.
4. A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons, even when the cost of the rental is covered by a voucher. This imprint may be used to cover any additional charges not covered by the voucher at the end of the rental, e.g. fuel, accident or damage charges and traffic fines.
5. From Group G to Z customers require original passport for security purpose.
   
6. Bookings are on prepaid basis. Payment by credit card before arrival (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Diners). or By Telegraphic Transfers to South East Asia Tours Company Account, Make your reservation as early as possible so we can reserved the car you required.
   
7. For Self Drive Rent a Car you can collect your Car at the Airport from our Representative or can have free delivery to your hotel.
   
8. For Self Drive Rent a Car a Passport and Credit Card Guarantee is necessary after you deliver Car Guarantee of Passport and Credit Card Guarantee should be weived.
   
9. For Self Drive Rent a Car Original driving License from your Origin is necessary.
